Who we are
This website is run by Stoker Property Ltd, trading as Stoker Property Solutions, based at Safe Store, Colima Avenue, Sunderland Enterprise Park, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR5 3XF. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through our quote form or quiz, we collect your name, phone number and email address, along with the page you submitted the form from and basic technical information your browser sends automatically. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry — to call or email you back, arrange a free quote or roof survey, and carry out any work you go on to book with us. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our roofing business. We will not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Enquiries are delivered to us by email via our website form provider and stored in our secure website database so we have a record of your request. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for our business records after that. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it.
