About Stoker Property Solutions

Who we are

Stoker Property Ltd (trading as Stoker Property Solutions) is a family-run roofing company based in Sunderland, serving customers across Newcastle, Sunderland and the wider North East. We pride ourselves on being friendly, reliable and local — delivering high-quality workmanship on every job, big or small.

With a Checkatrade verified score of 9.86 from over 120 reviews, we've built our reputation on excellent customer service, honest pricing and craftsmanship that lasts. Whether you're a homeowner needing a single repair or a national client managing a portfolio of properties, we treat your roof with the same care.

How we work

Every job starts with a free survey: we get to roof level, photograph what we find, and email a written, itemised quote. If nothing needs doing, we say so. For active leaks we aim to be on site the same or next working day, Monday to Friday, making the roof safe first and talking about the permanent repair second. Insurance-work photos and reports come as standard where a claim is involved.

Our work covers flat roofing in EPDM, GRP fibre glass, liquid and torch-on felt; pitched roofing in natural slate, clay and concrete tile; chimney repairs and removals; fascias, soffits and guttering; and commercial roofing for shops, warehouses, industrial units and managing agents across the region.

Where we work

We're based at Sunderland Enterprise Park and cover Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Gateshead, South Shields, Whitley Bay, Houghton-le-Spring, Wallsend and Birtley as our core patch, with commercial projects taken on across the wider North East. You'll see our vans on the A19 and A1 most working days.
